Consulting specializes in comprehensive land clearing solutions across the United States. Our services include but are not limited to tree removal, brush clearing, grading, and debris management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our service offerings at any time without prior notice. 2. User Responsibilities As a user of our services, you agree to provide accurate information when engaging with our representatives and making use of our offerings. You must ensure that you have the requisite authority to enter into agreements for land-clearing on behalf of property owners if applicable. Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations is required when utilizing our services. 3. Payment Terms Fees for our services will be detailed in written proposals or contracts provided to clients. Payment terms are generally net thirty (30) days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in a client agreement. We reserve the right to impose late fees on overdue invoices and to suspend service in cases of non-payment. 4. Limitation of Liability While we strive to perform all services with care and professionalism, L.I.M.I.T. Consulting is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services provided under these Terms. 5. Termination and Modifications We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and without prior notice if we believe that there has been a violation of these Terms or any other agreement between us and you.
